All sales are final unless you receive a factory defective or damaged item or unless otherwise specify by a brand on each product page. Return Eligibility will vary from brand to brand following the exact brand policy. If eligible for a return of a damaged or defective item, return the product within 7 days of receipt (however, must contact us within 48 hours - refer to section 6.2) with providing a detailed reason, subject to the conditions outlined below.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be in the original packaging, with all labels and tags attached.
